Hi!

I’m Julie Crabb! I upcycle clothing, jewelry, & accessories – giving old pieces new life. Every sale supports my church missions, so each creation carries purpose.
A fabric lover, thrifter, and maker. “Not So Crabby” is my second-half rebrand: boho upcycled clothing, broken-china necklaces, and color-season confidence – I’m here to help you feel confident in your colors, your clothes, and your life!

I’ve always loved the thrill of discovery—whether it’s finding a hidden treasure at the thrift store, breathing new life into a forgotten dress, or turning scraps from my craft stash into something unexpected and beautiful..

For me, creating is about more than just fashion or accessories – it’s about storytelling, nostalgia, and sustainability.

I design upcycled clothing, jewelry, and accessories that celebrate individuality and bring new purpose to old pieces. My process is equal parts creativity, resourcefulness, and joy. There’s something magical about transforming what others might overlook into something that sparks confidence and delight.

Another passion of mine is seasonal color analysis. I love helping people discover the shades that bring out their natural beauty—it’s like giving someone a key to unlock their confidence. Just like my upcycled pieces, it’s all about highlighting what’s already there and showing it in a new light.

Single mom hustle turned joyful second-half rebranding….

At 50, I’ve embraced the adventure of rebranding and starting over. This chapter is proof that it’s never too late to reinvent yourself, chase new dreams, and build something meaningful. Part of that reinvention includes working through my craft store supplies and long-saved Pinterest projects—finally bringing them to life. When I sell those creations, half of the proceeds go directly to supporting missions through my local church. Every piece carries a little extra purpose, combining creativity with community impact.

Maker, thrifter, and color enthusiast—at 50 I’m chasing new dreams by turning forgotten finds into treasures.

“I believe every season – of life and style -deserves to shine.”

To Everything there is a Season

Upcycled style. Soulful color. Second-half confidence.

This journey isn’t just about clothing—it’s about connection, creativity, and community. I’m so glad you’re here to be part of it with me!

My work is not only about fashion, but about resilience, joy, and celebrating every stage of life. When I’m not at my sewing machine or hunting for materials, you’ll find me sharing what I’ve learned—through my website, blog, and courses. I believe style should be fun, approachable, and uniquely yours, and I love helping others find their joy through re-fashion that feels authentic and colors that make them smile.
